Stage 3: Create and implement your business system

Many entrepreneurs work very hard in their business without any result because they they are play the wrong role in their company. They should not be the person who delivers the products or service, they should be the person who manages the company and improving its business model. A system must be created to solve the problem of working very hard in the business more that on the business. The system should runs the company not the people. With the existence of a system business owners and executives will have more free time to do what matters the most by identifying the processes that can be outsourced or delegated. Also, by having a system a business can run without highly qualified people that costs money and time to recruit and manage.

The main two tasks are:

  1. Business process development. This can be visualized using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tools. Also, the processes for marketing, sales and products should be developed as part of the business processes.
  2. Business process automation. This is where you will use some Cloud-based tools to automate your business, marketing and sales processes. It is critical to choose the right echo system of tools based on your business model. Those tools will make your business more scalable, effective and efficient. Tools like: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), accounting systems, payment gateways, ..etc.
